 * Vendor, the purchaser, the company (as guarantor of the vendor) and viplus entered into the S&P agreement 
 * Says purchaser has conditionally agreed to purchase the sale shares 
 * Deal for consideration of A$3.2 million 
 * Says trading in the shares will be resumed from 9:00 a.m. on 13 October 2015
