    ** CBAT partners with a leading European hydrogen energy
group to promote the development of hydrogen fuel cells

    ** CBAT says it will explore opportunities to further
collaborate on, including but not limited to hydrogen fuel cell

    ** CBAT is up ~19% so far this year
