Australia's Austchina Holdings jumps on option to acquire lithium project

** Shares of Austchina Holdings  AUH.AX  rise as much as 25%
to A$0.005, highest level since Dec. 15
    ** Exploration and investment co enters into a binding
agreement with Cassius Mining  CMD.AX  & its unit, Cassius
Mining (T) Ltd (CMT) to be granted an option to acquire 100%
stake in the Chenene Lithium Project
    ** Adds, lithium project includes four contiguous
prospecting licenses for lithium in central Tanzania
    ** 12.7 million shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 1.5 million shares
    ** Stock has risen 12.5% YTD as of last close
