The Caspian Sunrise board is pleased to report that at the General Meeting
held on 30 January 2026 the resolutions to receive the audited accounts for
the year ended 31 December 2024 and the reports of the Directors and Auditors
and to approve the Remuneration Committee report contained therein were
approved with the following majorities:
