Officer, Kiran Morzaria, will provide a live investor presentation on the
Company's Amapá Iron Ore Project, titled "Azteca Progress and Update", via

The presentation will take place on 17th April 2026 at 10:00 BST and is open
to all existing and potential shareholders.
