Director Declaration

 

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9, BP p.l.c. announces that Albert
Manifold, non-executive director and Chair of the Company, will be appointed
as a non-executive director to the board of Clariant International AG with
effect from 1 April 2026.  The appointment will be subject to his election
being approved by the shareholders of Clariant International AG at their
Annual General Meeting on 1 April 2026.
