Notice of Results

Boku (AIM: BOKU), a global network of Local Payment Methods (LPMs), will
announce its financial results for the year ended 31 December 2025 on Tuesday
17 March 2026.

The Company's management will host a presentation and Q&A session for
sell-side analysts and investors on the day of the results at 9.30 a.m. GMT.
