Aug 30 (Reuters) - Boer Power Holdings Ltd  1685.HK : 
 
 * Says HY gross profit margin decreased from 40.5% to 37.7% 
 * HY revenue amounted to approximately RMB259.3 million, representing a decrease of 73.3% as compared to last period 
 * HY profit attributable to equity shareholders of the company decreased by approximately 99.9% to RMB0.2 million 
 * The board does not recommend the payment of an interim dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2016 
 * Most of the outstanding contract backlog is expected to be completed by the end of this year 
 * By the end of September 2016, the group expects to receive further cash inflows of approximately RMB230 million
