 * Inside information in relation to a shareholders loan  1685.HK  
 * The company and the controlling shareholders entered into a tentative verbal 
   agreement 
 * Says most of the group's contract backlog outstanding as at 31 December 2015 
   is expected to be completed in 2016 
 * Says loan in the approximate amount of RMB500 million 
 * No binding agreement in relation to the shareholders loan has been entered 
   into as at the date of this announcement" 
 * The shareholders loan has a tentative term of three years
