India's HIL climbs most in 2 months on acquiring Crestia Polytech

** Shares of roofing and flooring products maker HIL
 HLLT.NS  rise as much as 5.8% to 2,836.05 rupees, set for
sharpest intraday gain since Jan 10
    ** HIL on track to snap 4 straight sessions of losses
    ** NHIL on Monday acquired 100% stake in Crestia Polytech at
an enterprise value of 2.65 billion rupees($32 million) 
    ** More than 27,000 shares change hands, in HIL's most
active trading session since Feb 5
    ** Stock last up 4.2%
