    * Entered into loan agreement with jv co in connection with 
loans with maximum aggregate amount of rmb500 million 
    * China logistics (unit of co) entered into guarantee 
agreement with financing parties and joint venture party 
    * Joint venture company has signed bank loan agreement of 
rmb880 million with lead bank, lender banks and agency bank
