Wall Street's main indexes reversed course to trade higher by early afternoon on
Thursday as stocks affected by macroeconomic changes gained, brushing aside
rate-hike jitters after a surprise rise in inflation. .N 
    At 13:47 PM ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 2.69% at
29,995.77. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 2.36% at 3,661.53 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 1.98% at 10,623.633.
