Delay to the publication of accounts &

Temporary Suspension of listing of Ordinary Shares

 

Asia Strategic Holdings Ltd. (LSE: ASIA), the independent developer and
manager of consumer businesses located in emerging Asia, provides an update
on the publication of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30
September 2025 (the "FY25 Accounts").

The Company announces that it will be unable to publish its FY25 Accounts by
30 January 2026, being the latest date permitted for publication of the FY25
Accounts under DTR 4.1.3R. This is due to the Company's auditors requesting
more time to complete their audit of the group financial statements.

The Company has therefore applied for, and has been granted, a temporary
suspension on the Official List Equity Shares (transition) category of the
Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") of its ordinary shares (the "Ordinary
Shares") from 7.30 a.m. on 2 February 2026.

The Company expects to publish its FY25 Accounts during February 2026 and,
until then, the listing on the Official List of the FCA of its Ordinary Shares
will continue to be suspended. The Company will request a restoration of the
listing of the Ordinary Shares following the publication of its FY25 Accounts.

The Company will provide further updates at the appropriate time.
