Ashtead Technology Holdings plc (AIM: AT.), a leading provider of subsea
technology solutions to the global offshore energy sector, issues an update
following its Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The Board announces that at the AGM of the Company held earlier today,
shareholders approved all 16 resolutions proposed.
