Ashtead Technology Holdings plc (AIM: AT.), a leading provider of subsea
technology solutions to the global offshore energy sector, announces that it
has changed its registered office address with immediate effect to:

c/o AMBA Company Secretarial Services Limited, 4(th) Floor, One Kingdom
Street, Paddington Central, London W2 6BD.

The  Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of AMBA Secretaries
Limited, as Company Secretary, with effect from 30 July 2025.
