Wall Street's main indexes slipped on Friday as investors held back after a
rally in the previous session that was sparked by an oversized interest rate cut
by the Federal Reserve.  .N 
    
    At 11:33 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was down 0.15% at
41,962.62. The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 0.56% at 5,681.91 and the Nasdaq
Composite  .IXIC  was down 0.91% at 17,850.471.
