Advanced Emissions Solutions announces merger with Arq, shares down

** Shares of emission control equipment provider Advanced
Emissions Solutions Inc  ADES.O  down 28.2% at $4.60 in
premarket trading
    ** Stock on track to snap eight straight session of gains   
        
    ** ADES on Friday after market close said it has entered
into a merger agreement with environmental technology co Arq Ltd

    ** According to the agreement, ADES shareholders would
retain at least 47.4% of outstanding shares of the combined co
    ** As of last close, stock down ~3% this year
