Transaction in Own Shares

 

AO World PLC (the "Company") announces the purchase, in accordance with the
authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on
15 September 2025, of 96,512 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the capital
of the Company (the "Shares") on 09 March 2026 as part of the share buyback
programme announced on 17 September 2025 (the "Programme").

The Company intends to cancel the Shares.

Since the announcement of the Programme on 17 September 2025, the Company has
purchased a total of 9,098,076 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the
capital of the Company.

Following cancellation of the Shares the Company will have a total of
571,205,399 shares in issue. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

The table below contains detailed information about the purchases referred to
above.

In line with the recent change to UK Listing Rule 9.6.6 concerning the timing
of notifications of share repurchases, the Company will be moving from daily
announcements to a consolidated weekly announcement. The Company will publish
a RNS announcement each week setting out all share purchases executed on
trading days during the preceding week, presented in both aggregated and
detailed form consistent with the current disclosure content. For the
avoidance of doubt, the amendments to the UK Listing Rules relate solely to
the timing of announcements and do not affect the information required in such
announcements.
