AO World plc (the "Company")

PCA PDMR Shareholding

 

On 28 January 2026, the Company received notification that The Jolly
Foundation, a registered charity and private company limited by guarantee, of
which John Roberts (a director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company) is
a trustee, member and director, sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 107p per share on 26 January
2026.

As a result of the transactions, The Jolly Foundation holds 4,547,115 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.79% of the current issued share capital of the Company.

The Notification of Dealing Forms provided in accordance with the requirements
of UK MAR in relation to the transactions are set out below:
