Director Declaration

 

AO World plc (the "Company") announces that Peter Pritchard, currently a
Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed as the Company's
Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 April 2026.  The Senior
Independent Director acts as an alternative point of contact for shareholders
and plays an important role in supporting good governance and effective Board
dynamics. Peter will continue to serve on the Board as a Non-Executive
Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, alongside his new
responsibilities.  There are no further disclosures required in connection
with this appointment.
