24.1% to A$0.022, their lowest since April 16, 2020
    ** Co says it received binding commitments to raise A$2.3
mln ($1.47 mln)
    ** Issue price of A$0.023 per share represents a discount of
20% to last trading price of A$0.029 on Sept. 1
    ** Antilles shares were placed under trading halt on Sept. 4
pending announcement on capital raising 
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday percentage fall since
May 3, 2021
    ** 7.9 mln shares change hands, 6 times the 30-day average
volume 
    ** Stock down 3.3% this year, as of last close
