** Co changes name from Allbirds, appoints former Amazon Web Services AMZN.O executive Nadia Carlsten as CEO
** Carlsten brings experience in AI and quantum computing from DCAI, SandboxAQ and Amazon Web Services
** Co said in April it would pivot from footwear to AI infrastructure, offering cloud computing capacity and AI services
** Co expands convertible financing agreement to $100 million from $50 million
** Including session's gains, the stock is up 32.3% YTD
