Results of General Meeting

Alba Mineral Resources plc (AIM: ALBA) announces that at its General
Meeting which was held today all the resolutions were duly passed.

The proxy votes received for each resolution were as follows:

Notes:

(1)  A "vote withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the total
number of votes cast for or against a resolution.

(2)  Alba Director George Frangeskides and his connected entities abstained
from voting on resolution 1.

(3)  Resolutions 1-2 were ordinary resolutions and resolution 3 was a special
resolution.

(4)  There were 18,066,489,751 ordinary shares in issue in the Company at
9.00am on 4 February 2026, the deadline for receipt of proxy votes.
