Aug 31 (Reuters) - Aem Holdings Ltd  AEM.SI :  
    * AEM updates on claim by AEM (Suzhou) Co against AEM 
Microtronics(Suzhou) Co regarding disposal of plating business 
in 2016 
    * Has since received 2 notices of suits from ASZ claiming 
RMB1 million for non-payment of property, plant & equipment 
transferred from ASZ to AMSZ 
    * Other claim for RMB2.7 million salaries & purchases which 
ASZ has made payment on behalf of AMSZ 
    * AEM says claims are wholly without merit and has 
instructed its legal counsel to refute ASZ'S claims
